Installing the Failover Cluster Feature

This section describes how to use Windows Server Manager to install a failover cluster.

To install the failover cluster feature:

  1. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Server Manager.

  2. Click Manage and then select Add Roles and Features.

  3. Click Next until you reach the Features tab.

  4. Click Failover Clustering.

  5. Click Add Features.

  6. Click Next, install the feature and close the wizard.
